At Life-Giving Leadership, I come alongside families to help children rediscover who they are and who God created them to be.

Many parents today feel stuck watching their kids lose motivation, gratitude, and joy.

Through personalized coaching rooted in Biblical truth, I help children see that they are loved and capable, take ownership of their choices, and live with a sense of purpose and direction.

When kids begin to lead themselves well, they find real joy, not from rewards or recognition, but from knowing they’re becoming who God made them to be.
