Hi, I’m Heather. I’m a mom, guide, and founder of Life-Giving Leadership.

Four years ago, I left a successful career leading a high-performing wine sales team to step into something completely different. Now, I’m guiding 8-10 year-olds and their families at The Academy at District Church. This has been the most meaningful work of my life.

Every day, I help children discover that they are loved and capable, learn to take ownership of their choices, and begin to understand their God-given purpose. Watching them grow in confidence, character, and joy reminds me why I made the change. Real growth and real leadership starts at the heart level.

I lead with both grace and truth celebrating the good I see in every child and family. I also hold them accountable to rise to their full, God-given potential. Growth happens when love and high expectations meet, which is ultimately transformative!
